How should solar panels be addressed?

What about adding back the meteors or a dust shower?

They could add a shorta shield deflector that creates a dome that protects everything inside of it, like a giant umbrella, downside would be that you couldn't have solar panels inside of them but you'd still be able to have rockets and such inside of them.

Ultraviolet.
A new tab is now available on the interface panel showing ultraviolet radiation.
Ultraviolet light destroys or slows down the growth of microbes.
Some plants require UV light.
Ultraviolet light is harmful to duplicates if they are not in spacesuits.

Disease-Metallic Fungus.
Diffused through metals. Stimulated by pure oxygen.
Climbs along the wires, and is additionally stimulated by the voltage in the wire.
Stopped by an ultraviolet barrier lamp.
Initially lives in unexcavated metal cages.

Solar energy.
Now the intensity of sunlight is different on different asteroids. At launch it is much less than at the moment.
The solar panel now gives 200 watts, or the intensity of the light gives that maximum.
(Previously: 380 (pure 300 watts per cycle). 300x15 (maximum value for the surface of the initial asteroid, taking into account several rocket sites and other devices) = 4.5 kW
(Now: 190 (pure 150 watts per cycle). 150x15 = 2.25 kW.
