client_log.txt Spammed with this message

My client_log.txt has been getting spammed with this line constantly, multiple times a second, even if I'm not hosting the server.

[01:42:14]: WARNING! Could not find region 'dwellermask.tex' from atlas 'images/inventoryimages2.xml'. Is the region specified in the atlas?
[01:42:14]: Looking for default texture '' from atlas 'images/inventoryimages2.xml'.
[01:42:14]: Error Looking for default texture in from atlas 'images/inventoryimages2.xml'.

I'm assuming it's the way I packed the textures, but I'm not sure exactly what I did wrong, could I get an explanation?

After a little more research, I've determined it's something to do with a client mod, I thought I had them disabled when I was testing but I guess not. I will return here with the name of the mod if I find it, which I hope I do.
