I would suggest you post this one the parent forum for better help, not as many people will check in here, and it doesn't fit with the posts around it. Also, that looks like one of the lines that defines an animation for something from an XML or SCML file. It isn't code in the traditional sense, since you don't usually edit it directly, instead use something like Spriter to manipulate it. Why do you need to know exactly what it means? I don't know what a spriter is, I know it's for the character's animations and that, but I don't really understand how, I don't know how to get a spritter, since I speak another language, it's hard for me to understand it with my school English, and I wanted to know what happens since I have been able to solve everything alone but I have not been able to. Spriter is an application for a computer. It's part of the Don't Starve Mod Tools on Steam, you use it to animate textures. Sorry about the language barier but there isn't much I can help with on that front.
