How to create custom character based on original one

Hi, my sister created a character in DST for me based on a wolf following this post (https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/46849-tutorial-using-extended-sample-character-template/?tab=comments#comment-588910 ). I wanted the character to be more like Wendy though, because we have a little kitten at home and I asked her if she could make a ghost/cat to play in DST with my friends (it could even have the same mechanics because I have no idea how hard it is to make a mod and she did it all on her own in 8 hours learning from the forum, whichever is more simple for my sister to work with).

She tried looking for templates but seems she had trouble. I tried playing with her mod (this is her mod in the workshop: https://steamcommunity.com/id/ninidelos/myworkshopfiles/?appid=322330 ) and she managed to make a copy of Abigail to add to the sample template she found here in the forum. But I don't why after I die basically Abigail seems "lost" (moves on her own around map, won't atk thing when I atked a butterfly next to her and so on), so I have to search for her wherever she wandered off to because while I tried to revive she walked around on her onw, kill her, get her flower and wait 3 days to summon her, and then she will "follow" me again..

I was hoping to find a template similar to the new Wendy (I mean, the reworked one) to help her, but couldn't find it here. Can someone tell me if it's possible find Wendy's template somewhere and edit to help my sis make a character? Or I don't know, any ideas so I can help her?

You can find all of Wendy’s code in her character file, but you can’t get her animations and inventory images.
