Looking for someone to do the coding for my custom character

As title says I am looking for someone who would be willing to do the coding for a customer character I am trying to make.

I have a basic understanding of the topic but lack the specific knowledge needed to fully create my character. I will handle the art and animation myself I strictly need someone to script/code.

I am willing to pay whoever can help, suggestions on where to find help is also appreciated.
