Cannot Connect to Klei Servers

I've been trying for the past 2 hours to connect to Klei servers to play with a friend and its doesn't work (This is Don't Starve Together btw). 

I've checked the threads I could find, I've went through the malware and excluded DST, also turned off malware to try that and it hasn't worked. I've restarted my PC, restarted Steam and it still doesn't work.

I start DST, I click Play, it begins loading and tells me that I cannot reach the Klei servers even though I check on the Klei website and everything's fine.

I'm using an ether net cable, and my WiFi is fine. 

I don't know where you guys are but it is nearly midnight here so I appreciate that it might be a while before I get a reply.

Never mind I got it, had some additional anti virus stuff in the background

bro I'm also with the same problem, I can not login to the server for more than 3 days. I'm missing the whole event. I've done everything. I formatted the pc, changed the ip of the net. I did several things. and nothing solved, I hope klei will solve it, my internet is good, everything normal. I want to play and I can not, because I can not login.
