Winona change suggestion

I disagree with the most recent changes they made to her hunger drain due to the fact that it has become the least most impactful drawback in the game and for other various reasons. But without going into it here are my suggestions for a change:

Winona's speed crafting requires hunger after 5 seconds, and the timer doesn't reset (this means that there will be a little bit of leeway for spam crafting, but it will still actually make the drawback in any way present)

Only she can power her generators (this fixes the fact that the character is utterly useless in terms of actually playing considering you can just build her structures and then change characters and still use her gear)
