Polluted Oxygen should actually be Toxic

Polluted Oxygen is a gas with the (Very Toxic) trait and it was deadly in older builds of the game because it gave Dupes the "Spores"  sickness. Slimelung was the replacement for this. However, inhaling polluted Oxygen is no different than inhaling clean Oxygen as long as there are no germs present on it. I propose a compromise between these two concepts, I think that whenever a Duplicant is inhaling polluted Oxygen they should get the "Sickly Air" debuff. The Sickly Air debuff would impact a Duplicant's immune system whenever they are inhaling it by a rate of minus approximately 10-20% per cycle. This would give a greater incentive to cleaning polluted Oxygen than just leaving it floating about.

With the introduction of this mechanic, there would also be a tutorial provided in the left-hand corner.
