Upgrade "modules" for Smart storage bin

Hi,

I think a way to upgrade the smart storage bin with automation sensors would be a great addition, and make smart storage bins more usable!

For an example. In my chlorine room, if i had a way to put germ sensors into - as a module - the smart storage bin, which would for example 'lock' the bin if over X amount of germs, or send an active/standby signal out.

Or, in the space part of my base, locking containers from being taken from, if temp of contents is over X amount, with the temp automation module.
