[Mod request] Dedicated server auto shutdown

Hi,

I'm currently managing a dedicated server, and I would like a server mod that turns off the server after it has being empty for a while, for example, the server shutdown when the sim has paused for 10 (preferably configurable) minutes after the last player leaving.

The use case here is that I'm hosting a server on aws with an on-demand instance, so it's desirable for the server to shutdown itself when it's empty to save some computation credit.

Please let me know if there is already an existing mod that does this job.

It would also be helpful if someone can direct me about modding apis on how to hook the sim pause event (or equivalently hook the player leaving event with a player count?) and setting a timeout to shutdown.
