Platform

Steam / Linux.

At least one other player reporting the same issue on Steam / Windows7 (see https://steamcommunity.com/app/219740/discussions/2/365163686036516617/ ).

Do you use mods?

  • Generic to Xbox360
  • Combined Status
  • Minimap HUD
  • 99 Stack Items

Version Number

Rev. 181319 STEAM_LINUX (and also noted in several previous versions)

Issue title

Right Trigger, Left Trigger Controller buttons not working correctly with crafting menu.

Steps to reproduce

When playing with a controller:

  • Open the inventory using the default Right Trigger (RT) button
  • When closing the inventory again with the same button, the crafting menu pops up but in an unusable way:

Describe your issue

See above - the RT button on a controller seems to interfere with the crafting menu which is on the LT button by default. Additionally it not only opens the crafting menu, but in a vertical layout while it should be horizontal, like this:

As a consequence you always have to pull the left trigger after closing the inventory to close the crafting menu and make it usable again.

This was reported by at least one other player on the Steam forum, who is using Windows 7, so it's not OS-related.

A second issue is that when using the Left Trigger (LT) button to open the crafting menu, when closing it again using the same button, the focus jumps one item upwards (e.g. from the "Food" to the "Survival" tab), so when opening it the next time you are in another tab.

These issues exist in RoG and Shipwrecked worlds, and actually occurred since long before Shipwrecked was released.

I note that in DST both issues do not exist, on the same PC with the same controller!
