Just tried to start up a new game, noticed that in the decor hover and the food hover, there is a {0} on the bottom line, which I'm assuming is a string replacement for the top value of their decor and food.
Steps to Reproduce
Load the game, choose to start a new game, and over over the decor expectation/food quality for a duplicant
