Withered grass should recover automatically

As to my experiences, withered grass needs to be loaded in order to return from its withered status after summer, that's why we can sometimes find withered grass even during winter... I suggest that grass should return to its normal stand automatically, even unloaded (like how food rots even unloaded). This should be done for saplings and bushes too.

I don't know its lua code so I'm not sure if it's possible ( I guess it should be) or how efficient it would be, but it would be a nice feature. It's pretty annoying to go for some grass and find nothing but withered plants everywhere.

Yes please. I know things like that can grow back after being picked and sitting unloaded the entire time. So it sounds like it should be possible to implement.
