[SOLVED] Weapon Vanishes Upon Drop

It's me again. I've been fairly active on the forums as of late because the only things left to do for the custom character are things I have already tried to solve but have failed numerous times. 

I added a custom weapon to my character and it works fine except for the fact that it is visible in all instances except when dropped on the ground. You can still hover your mouse over it and pick it up - it functions perfectly fine -  but it vanishes upon touching the ground.

I have tried the following solutions:

Renaming the build.

Messing with the on drop function: both play anim anim and play anim idle have not worked. In fact, it seems to change nothing at all.

Trying to force the prefab to recognize where the textures are stored. 

I honestly cannot think of what the problem is as surely if it was a major issue it would affect the weapon in all its other states (in the hand, in the inventory, in the air, etc.)

SOLVED - the animation bank referenced a file I had not included in my assets
