Repairing should no longer require assignment. Fixed missing shipping icon. Thermo Sensor max threshold increased. Fixed issues with power consumption/loss reports. Disease source icon should properly disappear if a disease source is destroyed when the germ overlay is active. Misc crash fixes. This is strange, because I had the issue only once while in the preview branch, and not since then - my outhouses were all public, so it might be more complicated than I thought.
