GenomeSquirrel
I made a pig house in the blue mushtree biome. I know pigs take about 4 days to respawn, but I can’t figure out a way to get them to leave their houses consistently. Any tips? Also do bees from bee boxes use the same criteria? 6480
If you light the houses on fire, the pigs will come out. So you can light them on fire then extinguish them with a nearby flingomatic. Otherwise, move the pig houses so that they are situated under the rays of light (I've seen them called god rays?) that shine during day above the bunnymen villages. Then they will function like surface pigs. For bee boxes, you'll need flowers nearby which will be hard to do as they die in darkness. Plant those under a consistent light source like the god rays. Do you know how quickly flowers die when deprived of light?
6480
I have no clue. It should be at least the length of a winter's night, since they do last overnight while under daylight areas.
