Ok already figure it out,

Loot Stash gives a random Ornament from No eyed blue, No Eyed Red, Klaus and Krampus.

Fuelweaver gives the Laser Deerclops one.

The Deerclops indeed got a new attack, it destroys structures and the range of the attack actually lines up with the animation, unlike his ice pillar attack. With this new attack in his arsenal, without speed boosts, you can only get in two hits, instead of the usual three. It's not that it's faster, the range just extends further.

Don't worry though, we concepted for the others; so they will likely come next Winter's Feast. And if we do other smaller sets we will balance with consideration to what has already been done. So if your main didn't get a skin this time around it will be favored in the future.

We also made sure that everybody gets more skins during the Winter's Feast event. During the event all common drops are replaced by a mystery box containing 4 items of any rarity and all classy drops are now Winter Boxes that contain 4 Winter items of any rarity.

Does anyone know how bauble drops are determined? Not talking about the flashing lights, but the regular ornaments. Is it only when major enemies are killed? Or is it bosses? Or is it just any random enemy?

I'm in the same boat. I was excited when I realized loot chests were coming back and then I realized a moment too soon that I've already gotten my skins.
