Thermal Shift Plate setup?

Does anyone have any screen shots of how they set the plates up? The info says they can buffer or increase heat lose

You just use them to connect two areas that you want to quickly transfer heat between.

Link them up like a chain but remember the material you make them out of makes a huge difference to the effect

I just slap a load of them down in the area I want heat to be dispersed within, not sure if theres any science behind differing layouts, etc

they connect to each square around them, 3x3 so 9 spaces, I have seen them shove abysalite thermal tiles around.  If you have a super cold floor and a hot machine put shiftplates behind the machine along the floor, this will share the buildings heat with the floor directly, so far they don't really affect each other except in gasses so plate gas plate, vacuum test show they maintain insulation 90% of the time.  They have an extreme amount of mass so you can use them as a stabilizer, rapid shifts in temp will take time to get around them as it were.    Otherwise you can use it to disperse the heat of a building into the suroundings as mentioned above.

Tempshift plates never share heat with buildings directly (unless its a door) not even with other tempshift plates. Instead this will conduct the heat from the gas heated up by machine to the floor.
