How to find out reason for Crash to Desktop?

Hi,

I'm currently working on a mod and for some reason sometimes the game crashes to desktop, without any error message and also without any error in the logfile (I know how logfiles work, so please no explanation about logfiles :D).
So how can I find out now what the reason for the crash is?

Most of the time it happens when I do the adventure jump from this mod:

But it does not crash always when I do it, so I have no clue what is causing it...

It also crashes, when I go to menu and hit "disconnet" (to return to main menu) while maxwell is talking.

So I think it has to do with ending the current world...
