Registering default mod prefab (crash)

I'm using extended char. sample and have some issues with it working:

I missed the fact that you attached the complete mod sorry.

I still did not check it but did you make sure that there is no illegal character in your modinfo.lua?  I would copy paste a modinfo.lua from a mod which works in your mod directory and replace the fields with your own stuffs.
