Humble Bundle says both of my Don't Starve DLCs CD Keys are "Bad Keys"?

Hi, yesterday I brought the mega bundle for just less than £5 to finish off my collection of Don't Starve Games (I already owned Don't Starve Together, so it was a nice deal). So when I tried to launch the game, it showed me all 3 CD Keys and said that I'd have to redeem them in the application, which no where had.. I know you can use your CD Keys in DST, and I did so with my Shipwrecked CD Key to obtain a Loyal Tier Birdcage, but my RoG one didn't work.

 

I have read up and saw that you can use these codes on HumbleBundle, and have done so with my Don't Starve code to get a standalone from the code. Trying to do the same with my Shipwrecked and RoG CD Key, I am recieving the error of a bad key. How can I redeem my CD Key in the DST for a bird cage, but its seen as a bad key on HumbleBundle? What do I do so I can use my other 2 codes on HumbleBundle, and redeem my RoG for my loyalty item on DST?
