As a refuelable light source, shouldn't it simply degrade to 0% and no longer give off light, lose the speed bonus, and no longer restore sanity? This small tweak would be a boon to players who can't pay attention to a fast degrading amulet at all times to refuel it, and it isn't exactly as easy to craft as a torch when yellow gems are low and the dragonfly is dead.
