I have two things already and plan on building up my collection so I don't understand why it has to be down. I understand if it's down for maintenance but I don't agree that it should be down for this long. Especially because tax season. They should have it up and running at least until tax season is over and shut it down for shorter periods of time. They are missing out on so much business.
