ris Posted February 20, 2017 Share Posted February 20, 2017 I need help. I bought the game just 2 days ago and am not able to play it. Once I open the game I get a message that my rig does not meet the minimum requirements to run the game. I press New game but the game just crashes. Over the past 48 hours I have followed ever troubleshooting step I could find for the issue; ranging from uninstalling and reinstalling the game -- to updating all drivers, downloading the Microsoft V C++ redistributable 2015 manually. So far I have not been able to make it work. I put a copy of the DxDiag a got from when I downloaded the game. DxDiag.txt Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
