Make the Stalker boss drop the skull chest with his loot inside like the ancient guardian.

Or have him drop a blue print for the skull chest! I really want the chest to be in the game...

 

@JimmyJam made a post and I liked the concept that this is what I figured in my mind. I also wanted to reference the weaver's final scene when Charlie ensnares him with shadowy thorny vines. Though here he just seems miffed.

During the Jouste Hazard stream, I originally wanted to draw Hazard and Sue on the surfboard... Then I changed my mind to Walani. Giving them the "Hazard makes a friend" art style.

Another one off the to-do list. I wanted to get the heel-clicking beefalo in the room with Charlie Bucket's family. So this is what I came up with. Gave Charlie greenish skin to reference how Maxwell's skin has a blueish pallor.

So... Disney's The 7D as gnomes. Thought it'd be something silly to tackle. I based Queen Delightful on Charlie's anatomy while still retaining her personality. I... Did a crappy logo edit.

Webber looks really enthusiastic to open that chest.  I think you did pretty good with the skull of the Fuel Weaver, since I'm not sure he makes a whole lot of expressions to begin with.

Not really, I actually took the advice of some people in the Hot Lava discord about alpha mapping lineart. With this one, I just used the background lighting to give the blurry effect but I can see what you're saying. Thanks bud.

1. If you use a paint program like paintdotnet, use noise and then motion blur for either motion or fur. I use it a lot for certain textures.
2. I love skeletons as you know. It's all about the way you tilt the perspective on the skull. Yeah, Webber's just happy to see the loot he could get. Shame that's not a skin in the game. I'd spam skull chests on my island.

Year of the Varg in a nutshell. It's valentines with puppers. Kind of thought Varglings in hat was a drawing worth being made. Should do a kittykit in a catcooncap sometime.

I did a few Ewecus pieces due to them being the Jouste challenge at the time. Due to this Ewecus being smaller, I'll just say this is a ewelet's teenage phase. Wilson's helping.

Me and my sisters just kind of imagine that he's always yelling, for everything he says at all, just not always 'loud' yelling. Like a Dalek from Doctor Who. And anything with an exclamation is just genuine yelling and sounds extra mad/passionate.

True. Though I do have some skeletal characters of my own, I often prefer their expressionless nature for the characters themselves - Something like Wendy, an eternity of the same expression.
But for drawing them, it could definitely be worth keeping in mind.

1. If you ever make a off-topic art thread, mind posting those characters? I'd like to see them.
2. I really don't want to make Wendy emote unless it fits the context of the image.  Doesn't help you can make Wendy uncharacteristly emote now.

Last of the Jouste Ewecus challenge pieces at the time. This is probably something Wilson would draw if he stared at Ewecus's too long(gotta throw in a pun somewhere). Though since Webber and Wallace are Scottish, I might have almost said a dirty joke.

Wortox in the Home For Infinite Losers club(Maybe Maxwell needs a invite). I was intending to draw these two demon jocks years ago but never had the time. Though due to me wanting to give a piece to Wortox so I could put his image in my ref book, I decided to have him join these two. Stuck with his more humanoid face version(his animal-like form feels too much like Krampus).

The reason it took me five hours to midnight to get online. Thanks art laptop for wasting my time loading pages for color refs.

Another piece based around me trying to put refs away into my book. All started with that leftover ref I had of Wes doing a bicycle. I noticed the flexing Wendy ref(I think @DarithD wanted people to do art of her flexing). So just another nostalgic image of the Forge. Friends having fun.

Another drawing of @Aileen-Rose's Laika. On the wiki, the ancient tab has that resource table chibi-fied, so it looked like a pillow to me. I thought it'd be cute to have her sleeping with it.

Yeah, it's hard to see Wendy making the emotes Klei gives us.

1. If she does emote, it happens usually in the trailers. Like with the ewecus.
2. The only time WX seems to emote is when he sees his fellow machines destroyed. Winter feast really confuses the poor guy.

Chester helps Om nom get the treat. Just a idea I had a long while back and something to cross off my to-do list. Glad I got it done. I made this yesterday, but as my friends can back me up, I was way exhausted. So... My head kept crashing on the keyboard while I was making this.

Late to the party but the tumblr prompt of your main wearing clothes. I'm a Wilson main and... I tend to dress like him in real life. Though as you can see, those two are official plushies. I like to let the spider wear my sleeping hat(unintentionally making my plush look like @Mezukie). I use the Chester as a actual container. The eyebone acts as my hairtye dispenser.

So yeah, guess this is Wilson in skeledork cosplay?

Devs/Klei, when are glasses gonna be a new addition to the game?

No, Wes is not styling his hair after Twilight Sparkle, I put a pinkish-red under color for the three characters. Not sure if it worked.

The drawings were originally two seperate doodles, but I thought it'd be funnier to have Woodie reacting in shock to Wes.

Today I learned that Woodie's werebeaver form has stumpy legs.So this is the last time I do a Wolfgang/Woodie anatomy fusion. Drew this during the Jouste stream along with the other Woodie piece above. Lucy's pretty clingy to her fluffy husbando.

Ah, just like Lucy. I remember trying to pick her up for a friend when he turned werebeaver, she wouldn't let me. Wes's expression as this axe suddenly screams at him and magically spews saliva he didn't think it had - That face is really good.    Hopefully Woodie will understand it's an honest mistake, because with Wes's mute nature, I'm not sure how he'll explain his intentions.
Lucy is gonna be doing explaining, not him, I would suspect.
