I have been playing DST, trying to find caves and Giants after signing up for the public beta via Steam and making a new world.However, I have searched every inch (attached, to show I'm not an idiot) and found nothing other than normal Don't Starve content.I even tried to use the console to spawn a cave entrance or a sinkhole, but it doesn't work.The most I can do is to spawn an unbreakable basalt. Deerclops spawns near the end of winter, multiple Goose/Moose start appearing around certain ponds at the beginning of spring, bearger spawns the 2nd time autumn rolls around, and dragonfly has become a world boss that sits around those lava ponds. As for caves, you need a dedicated server currently to be able to run them, as it takes connecting 2 servers together. There are instructions somewhere as how to get pre-configured servers or you can play on a community dedicated server that already has caves.
