Issue Title: Game is working but i can't do anything
Issue Description: Game is working, but i can't do anything.
Agents' AP is shown as -- instead of numbers. Yet gear don't work as well.



Sound and animation works fine. So game is not completely dead.

There is some error code on the screenshot below. (which appears after i try to load the level after the crash)
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Load save game.
2. Press continue instead of regenerate level after the crash.
3. Skip one turn.
4. Game stops working here.
