well, we can now deconstruct ruins tlile but not the locker, vacillator etc, and sometimes this "buildings" gets in our way during planning so maybe a scientist can "analyze" this building gets a blueprint and when deconstructed will drop an item that is need to recreate the building anywhere (for example for vacillator when deconstructed will drop a brain which is required to rebuild it, crystals for AETN) this allow us to remove all ruin tile and building and rebuild them wherever we want them, maybe a room full of neural vacillator?
