Hello! I'm in the process of making a character mod for a snowman, and I'd like him to be able to use a modded item (Packed ice) on mini-glaciers to make them into packed glaciers, which will not melt. However, the rock_ice prefab is very complex, and I was hoping someone could help or walk me through it so I can understand better for future scripting. I know I will have to add a new stage to the ice (That being the "packed" stage), but I don't know how to make that stage caused by upgrading with packed ice, and I do not know how to make the glacier stop melting while in that stage. Any ideas?
Hello fellow Don't Starve players and modders, I need help with finding out how to check if another mod is installed. Preferably to change starting inventory items based on what mods are installed and determine whether or not a recipe needs to be added. Alternatively, I would also like to learn how to check if an item exists with recipe. I would be so thankful for any reply you may have!
So, I've got a character fleshed out pretty well, but there is one thing I can't figure out. How do I make a players' stats (hunger, health, sanity) increase when said character kills a creature. In addition, is it possible to set a different stat increase for different creatures?
