As with the Toy Shelf Items topic I made during Hot Lava Beta, this topic will document the cosmetic items in Hot Lava since its full release on September 19, 2019. Unlike the Beta where items were randomly obtained from playsets, items are now earned for completing the star objectives of each map. Under this new system, if you collect all the stars in the game, you will own all droppable cosmetics. However, the order in which you receive items is still randomized. As of the Lord Sludge & Poizone update, some cosmetics (including all Skins) are obtained by leveling up individual characters. Items are split into 7 rarities: (1) Common; (2) Collectable; (3) Uncirculated; (4) Mint; (5) Autographed; (6) Event; and (7) Reward.
