For two days i can't connect to Klei servers, i'm from Ukraine. Also tow of my friends, who also live in Ukraine, has this issue too. I attached my client_log file to this message. Also when i try to get my account information using 'SteamTicket' there is no response (url = https://login.kleientertainment.com/Register/Accounts/?SteamTicket=.............), and (url = https://login.kleientertainment.com/Register/) works just fine. I also attached tracert info where it stops working. I hope this information will help you to remove this issue.
