      Support Email Error (Zendesk)   08/12/2019

      We are migrating to a new customer support ticketing system (desk.com) and unfortunately while moving over our old tickets the new system (Zendesk) sent an auto reply to "new users". We weren't aware this would happen and so and email was sent out in error. You do not need to create an account and you can ignore the email entirely.     Could you please switch to the space_industry_testing branch and try launching the game? If it crashes, there will be an error.txt file created. Could you please upload that?

    Could you please try switching to the space_industry_testing branch and see if the game starts up? If it doesn't start up, could you please send us the new error.txt file that gets created after running the game in the space_industry_testing branch?

    Sorry I totally didn't notice the fmod.log file. That's my fault. Could you please try going to sound_settings->sound_control_panel->properties->advanced and change your audio format to 32bit, 48khz?

    Did the game previously work for you? Did you install any new software? Plugin any controllers or peripherals?

    Could you please try switching to the audio_logging_enabled branch. After launching the game, could you please attach the fmod.log file found in your game's folder to this forum post?
