      Klei Winter Availability   12/17/2018

      Klei Entertainment support staff will be out of the office from December 24th and will return on January 2nd in observance of Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukah, Krampusnacht, Holiday, Newtonmas and/or Festivus. During this time; support staff, development, janitorial staff and animal handlers will not be in the office and will instead be in their homes or somebody else's home, doing whatever it is we do when we aren't in the office at this time of the year. Some of us will be around on and off and we will be monitoring servers, tickets and forums to make sure nothing explodes; but we will not be running at full capacity until we return on the 2nd. We have put together some information about our most common issues that should help you. And here you can find a list of resolutions to our most common issues on our support site: https://kleisupport.desk.com/customer/portal/articles/1398961 You can also find a resolution to most tech support related issues or general questions on our forums: http://forums.kleientertainment.com or on the support site at http://support.kleientertainment.com. Generally an answer to most every question you might have can be found in both the support site and forums. If you do not find the help you need on the forums or on our top issues list, send us a ticket on the support site. We will prioritize issues that require immediate attention, so if your issue isn't time sensitive it will take a little longer before we get to it but we might be in the middle of an argument with our Nana that we really do like the the set of fuchsia towels she gave us last year. We just keep them buried deep in the back bathroom closet because they are so nice we don't want anybody to mess them up. Thanks for your patience during this time.     Thanks for the answer, but idk what you mean with "the play button" maybe some steam thing, i play standalone, im still trying things to make this work but no results .. sadly. i ll keep enjoying the vanilla update tho

    Can anyone help me ? i cant even start the game with this mod, i click on the left bottom corner where the icon is, and it says that it needs to restart the game to run the mod, then nothing happens, my game just shut down and thats it. Is there something i am missing? i really wanna play this
  3. so.. im wondering, no more caves regen, thats really cool but.. all that non renewable sources its too big of a change... fireflies, horns, rocks are now really hard to get too, etc... Will there be a change or rebalance for some creatures at least ? like respawning fireflies or respawning ancient guardian? and another little question, ll be that massive "lag" be fixed someday? a lot of us have high end computers or at least really good ones, and still have like 5 frames or even less sometimes, usually in winter. I have to say im happy with the update this time, lots of other bugs seem to be fixed . Sadly we lost a lot of good players cos of the save bug.

First of all, my english is horrible and thats why maybe i can sound agressive or something like that, and thats the reason i keep saying how awesome the game is and how happy i am with my purchase. I have basically memorized the bug tracker forum, and have 2 bugs reported in, and saw a lot more but i cant report them because i dont know they happen in my game. I play the game like 4 hours a day, maybe more, and every hour i get 2 or 3 crashes. I have more bugs to report but im working on my testing to post them correctly, thats how i work, i was a dev for 3 years in a little game here in Argentina with only 8000 players, its a low number compared to something like this, but prioritys are allways the same. I really dont wanna see this game fall, i love it, and i love how fresh it is, how new, how different, and thats why i try to post my concerns in the forum. That wx bug is HUGE, and i had my answer here on this thread, not in the bug tracker forum how is intended, only the "we are working on that" auto-answer i really hate.
  7. I dont wanna sound like a cry baby, but srsly, i think there is more importants things to do, bug fixes are priority, there is plenty ot stuff to do in the game to have fun. We have a really amazing and fresh game that is falling into the buggy zone because the devs want to keep rushing dlc and and new content instead of fixing what is already in the game. I really want this game to be really BIG, its awesome, dont fail me please .
  8. Sry but there is still that bug that makes WX78 loose all his upgrades when dying in the caves... i think thats a major bug..
