      Support Email Error (Zendesk)   08/12/2019

We are migrating to a new customer support ticketing system (desk.com) and unfortunately while moving over our old tickets the new system (Zendesk) sent an auto reply to "new users". We weren't aware this would happen and so and email was sent out in error. You do not need to create an account and you can ignore the email entirely. You can find more info about this over on our forums here: https://forums.kleientertainment.com/forums/topic/110413-zendesk/ Sorry for the confusion

  1. I have also noticed that occasionally when it goes from spring to summer it won't adjust the day/night correctly. An effective workaround though is to save and quit and reenter the game. After restarting it loads the correct time clock.
  2. Bug Submission Please choose a category [Crash] Platform [*]Steam Version Number 73853 Issue title Crash after throwing boomerang Steps to reproduce I'm not entirely sure what happened but I was next to a bunch of beefalo, threw a boomerang next to them, and then ran away and it crashed. Describe your issue The game crashed after I threw my boomerang. It might have been due to the high number of beefalo around me (probably around 30) and it crashed right as they would have aggro'd me after attacking them. The crash had the following information: WARNING!invalid key to 'next'LUA ERROR stack traceback:=[C] in function '(for generator)'C:/Program Files (x86)/Steam/steamapps/common/dont_starve/data/scripts/update.lua(83, 1)
  3. Bug Submission Please choose a category [Gameplay] Platform Steam Version Number - Issue title Lose stack of food when cooking Steps to reproduce 1. Get a stack of uncooked food 2. Start cooking the whole stack 3. Put it back into inventory right as the cooked food is about to go in the inventory Describe your issue If you try to cook some food by grabbing a stack of food to your cursor and then right as you are about to get the cooked food, put the uncooked food back into your backpack. The whole stack of items is then lost
  4. I just had a similar thing happen to me. I was being chased by 2 beefalos and ran them into 2 bee mines close together. After the second one went off it just kept exploding and sent out hundreds of bees. Now my whole world is full of bees lol.
