  1. Wow... all this time, I have been wasting logs for fire.... I need to start experimenting more O_O
  2. This is especially true if you chase turkeys to the edge of an island and kill them now. It is next to impossible to retrieve the tasty drumsticks.
  3. I love the picture and coloring! It has a Tim Burton-esque quality to it. Now that I think about it, the game does as well. Maybe why I like it so much.
  4. You can. Are you using bird traps?
  5. I don't know if this was intentional or a bug, but if you switch characters (using a tent)during the day with a baby bird following you, it will cease to follow you. It may also occur at night as well. I am not sure. Once this happens, the only option you have when you hover your mouse over the bird is to attack. I ended up killing my poor birdy
  6. I thought the same thing and did the same exact thing lol. Those devious devils
  7. I think we can only have one bird egg per stack now. That, or their was a glitch/bug on the update. My stack of 11 eggs became 1. I also noticed pigmen take longer to respawn. - - - Updated - - - I think we can only have one bird egg per stack now. That, or their was a glitch/bug on the update. My stack of 11 eggs became 1. Means I have to be way more careful now when playing with hellhounds >.<
  8. I know I had some issues with crashing at start up after one of the patches. I think I updated my graphics card driver to fix this. edit: Wowee!!! Colored maps!
  9. Once you find the pigmen camp and some beehives, you will pretty much never have to worry about starving again. Destroy the hives and make a few bee boxes out of them near your base. If you are having trouble with the bees making honey, catch butterflies with the net and you can "plant" them to make flowers. The more flowers you have nearby the bee boxes, the quicker the bees will make honey. Make a few crockpots and you are set. All you have to do is add two meat (or monster meat) and two honeys to each crockpot, and you will regain like 75 hunger per honey ham, along with around 65 health or so. I'm not too sure on how much health you regain, because it basically heals me to full health everytime I use one. Watch out when using pigmen: They will eat all the monster meat (and anything edible) dropped by spiders and other monsters if you don't pick them up fast enough. edit: Just updated the health and hunger for two meat and two honey. It seems to heal ALOT
  10. The art and graphical style coupled with the music was the first thing that drew my attention to this game. Then the whole quirkiness and weirdness of it just drew me in completely! Add the survival portion with Minecraft-esque aspects, this game made me fall in love! I can't wait until I see the finished product
  11. This game kind of reminds me of a Minecraft-esque isometric survival game! I love it ^_^. Now if we can only tame the doggies and have them breed when we give them some meat...
  12. It sounds like to me that the beefalos just like to eat bees and other things - - - Updated - - - It sounds like to me that the beefalos just like to eat bees and other things
  13. Oh wow, thanks. I guess I shall hold of some more then. Especially if they release a new character in this update.... ugg, I'm so impatient! edit: I just figured that if I use a straw mattress every night, I can actually speed the game days up by about 33%. I wish I thought of that earlier lol.
  14. Ah okay thanks! I am basically there then. Time to commit suicide ^_^. If I use a meat effigy and die, will I be able to get the experience? Or is it full death?
  15. Hi guys, the title pretty much explains it. Do any of you have an idea of how many days I need to live for in order to unlock all the characters? I only have Willow unlocked, and almost have Wendy (like 7/8th of the way there) unlocked as well. I really want to die and start a new game with the new characters, but at the moment, I am on day 50, and things are running so smooth I can easily go for 1 year with this setup. I don't want to risk dying and not unlocking the characters and starting from scratch again. If anything, a general idea on timeline would be nice as well ^_^ Thanks! Jade
