Also, I may have figured out the source of the bug, at least on my end. The Steam version for me crashes, saying it needs OpenGL v2.1, but the Chrome version works. Chrome actually uses WebGL, which is based off of OpenGL v2.0. So, my Intel 965 chipset, which supports OpenGL v2.0, can run the game in Chrome, but not on Steam because of the unsupported Steam OpenGL version.Maybe in your case. But my Chipset supports OpenGL v2.1 and I have the problem that the game starts and then closes again without issuing an error message.

The glcrash update works now on Intel GMA 4500m, but with low FPS.
