when every I try to enter the item collection a message pops up saying that I failed to download my item collection. Two options appear, one says yes to try again but after a few seconds it just fails again, one says no but that just sends me back to the main menu. I can't play as any of the characters that cost money and none of my skins appear when I join a game.
