No I disabled all mods. It looks like it has something to do with Kleis Mod retrieval tool in engine. Just because I am subscribed to mods doesn't mean I have them active. And with this it looks like on startup it looks at subscribed mods and breaks.

I get the crash on both public testing and live version of the game on startup before the main title screen. I attached the crash report.

My save game won't run anymore after the update, it keeps validating the game files over and over again. Uninstalled and installed again, but when I started to install it I ran into an issue where it says "Content file locked" so I can't even install the game again. It looks like the executable file is missing. Attached pictures.
