      Support Email Error (Zendesk)   08/12/2019

      We are migrating to a new customer support ticketing system (desk.com) and unfortunately while moving over our old tickets the new system (Zendesk) sent an auto reply to "new users". We weren't aware this would happen and so and email was sent out in error. You do not need to create an account and you can ignore the email entirely.   1. Sanbox unable to plant

    When playing on sandbox I have an issue where I can't plant anything in the Aero Pots. When the seed is selected and showing in my inventory, I can't press the plant button and the game says that I don't have the seed.When I save and reload the seeds are gone until I pres play, then they show up again, but I still can't plant them.
