      Support Email Error (Zendesk)   08/12/2019

      We are migrating to a new customer support ticketing system (desk.com) and unfortunately while moving over our old tickets the new system (Zendesk) sent an auto reply to "new users". We weren't aware this would happen and so and email was sent out in error. You do not need to create an account and you can ignore the email entirely.   1. Hi Csombi, Can you please try starting a new game and while in the game press F8 and submit the logs to us? Please leave a msg that the game is not saving. We’ll figure out why it is not working as soon as we can. Edit: Also, if you could send us the folder name of where your windows documents folder is?   2. Cant launch the game. The result is blackscreen

    Hi magicfly, I've got a few questions: 1) This bug is marked as Preview Branch, does that mean you are running 'Griftlands Experimental' from the Epic store? 2) Could you send us the log that should be in [Windows Documents]/Klei/Griftlands_testing/[large number]/log.txt (change Griftlands_testing to just Griftlands if you are running 'Griftlands' from the Epic Store) ? Please send it to livesupport@kleientertainment.com and say it's for Nick. 3) What folder is the game installed in? 4) Are you running with the latest nVidia drivers?     Hi PepsiPlunge23, This issue should now be resolved and you should be able to download and play. You may need to restart the Epic Games Launcher though. Please let us know if you continue to see issues. - Nick

    Hi Dimanikor, For some reason we are not seeing your feedback appear on our end. Would you be able to zip up the contents of Documents/Klei/Griftlands and send it to us? Please shut down the game before zipping up the contents. It should contain a file called log.txt, a saves folder, a profile.lua, and a few more settings files. Please email it to livesupport@kleientertainment.com and we'll look into this problem! Also, Nirdshiip, if you could do the same, that'd help a lot! Cheers, Nick
