  3. So, I'm trying to emulate Zinnia's sanity lose while holding bad thing. I think I'm doing things right, but everytime I try to load up the server crashes. I have this in my modmain And this in my prefab Am I missing a tag in my common_postinit? Where would I define it? Or is it something else entirely?

  5. So, I'm trying to make my character afraid of Pickaxes. Being that he himself is made of rock. I've found a thread that point's me in the right direction. But I'm wondering how do I check other player's inventories for Them holding a pick, and how do I check the ground for random dropped pickaxes, either from corpses or people not using chests.   7. I'm an idiot. I used the wrong punctuation for the inst:AddTag, it works now. But, is there a way to change the animation so that it will auto harvest, either by holding space or the mouse button? or to make it so boulders break easier for him?
  8. Thank you! I am the brother in question. When I added this code to my character mod (at the bottom of my modmain) and added the tag "hardhand" to my common_postinit, I was able to select my character, but then the game stopped loading in. I never even got to spawn. Did I place it in the wrong place?

Looking into Woodie's code to see how he werebeaver and weremoose can break boulders without a tool, has lead me to miles of text. and i can't seem to replicate it, however looking at his axe Lucy gave me another idea on how to do this. Is it possible to set your unequipped hands to do a worker variable? My server keeps crashing before I can even choose my character. What am I doing wrong and how can I fix this? Any help would be appreciated.

  11. I do believe you were right to look in the woodie prefab, but I am now running into a little snag. Using what I believe to be the code snippets needed, every time I try to test it, it spawns me in random places (including the middle of the ocean) and then crashes the server. Here is my prefab with to verify my code,
  12. I've looked at Ultroman's Tutorial Fun with Food, and I was able to change mineral values to actually work. But now my code doesn't want to play nice anymore. The code crashes with an out of memory error. Here's the code I added to my modmain (however, rereading I know it needs to go in my master_posinit) When I run this I get an error in my log file. This doesn't make sense to me. because I've tested it with things I know have an edible component, like meat. Anyone know how to fix this?
