About withers

  1. Hi I just wanted to point out a few of my humble observations from following and periodically testing out this early access game. 1. Klei has consistently engaged, listened to and in many cases implemented the suggestions and feedback from players. I've noticed this as I routinely lurk the forums and observe the way the game development has gone. Even one of my own suggestions appears it may have made into one of the updates. 2. Klei has effectively used the early access system to utilize player feedback and bug reporting to keep the "live" version of the game almost entirely bug free. 3. Klei has kept the live version of the game fun, interesting, almost bug free and very playable, despite the fact that it is still in early access. 4. Klei has done a fanastic job keeping it's players informed of the direction the game is going in it's "Roadmap", and has stayed true to that plan from day one. 5. Klei is well organized and has kept it's players informed and updated in announcements as to it's plan for releasing updates, and (with the exception of one single instance over Christmas holidays) has followed that plan with discipline.
  2. I think it will be at 17:48 UTC
  3. *CLAP* *CLAP* Up *CLAP* dates *CLAP*!
  4. Here’s idea. Make it a “wildcard” drop with a chance of being something bad. You don’t know what you’ll get until you select it. You might get 3 tonnes of useful fertilizer. On the other hand, you might get 30 tonnes of liquid poo.
  5. A steam geyser seems to be leaking or "projecting" steam far away from the geyser causing constant water puddles and mopping duty. I've built 3 layers of wall around the geyser and the leak continues. Saved game file attached. (The save file is from the testing branch but the bug happens on the live branch as well.) 6. Klei DELIVERS as usual! Update looks great!
  7. It’s out! Oh wait. No it isn’t.
  8. Without delay, I totally voted for Klei, m’kay?
  9. Hmm. Does this mean conduit temp sensors look at conduits in adjacent cells but in different pipe networks? If so, that could get confusing.
  10. What do you see in the images below? Do you have any of your own to share? A clown with a cold. cl Medieval Duck
  11. Yes. This. Basically the GUI doesnt need to change from how it looked before, other than just add the checkbox to toggle “priority” vs “queue” Simpler is better.
  12. These could be just a low tech pole with a hook. When a dupe walks past them one direction, he grab the coat. When that dupes walks past it in the other direction, he returns the coat. Place them in traffic going into cold biomes.
  13. I agree that logic gates take up too much space but everything you said after that was like *swoosh!* — right over my head.
