  1. Been playing fine until today. Now a few seconds in my PC crashes while playing. PC is otherwise stable. Recently started a new game.   2. Yeah the the timing needs tweaking. Mine says 150 - 200 seconds notice, but it ain't. Bye-bye doors. Pro-tip... the rockets currently don't take damage from meteors anyway. Screw the doors
  3. I think this is a bug. Doesn't make sense for the scanner to signal when there's a rocket in the base. That's when I want doors closed. Rocket returning... open doors... rocket lands... close doors. Surely.
  4. It's 'cause you're using map seeds. If you want plants you need plant seeds.
  5. Sounds like my issue. Except I have varying fragments of rocket left behind after takeoff too. And I can't refuel them after return.
  6. Running 2 rockets on steam only, everything was fine. Once I added the thrusters everything started to go wrong. The units with the thrusters overlaid glitched out, they stayed behind when the rocket took off (1 per rocket). One was selectable, one wasn't. After restart, I was able to delete one but not the other, and now the engines are left behind not the research unit. I was halfway through rebuilding one rocket after it returned because it showed zero delta-v despite being fully fuelled. When the other rocket returned, it also had zero delta-v when full. It landed without an engine. I reloaded and nothing changed. Then I gave up. Over to you chaps with the save file. SA Steam Bypass.sav
  7. Client crashed during play and PC restarted. Seems extreme to relate this to ONI I know, but it never does that. Since then game won't start. I get a very brief window I haven't seen before, with a scrolling bar, dupe face, and just enough time to see the word Unity, before it disappears. Integrity verified with no errors. OS and drivers up to date. Nothing funky running (from your troubleshooting checklist). EDIT: Tried re-installing ONI, no change. Checked quarantine, it's empty. EDIT: Updated graphics driver. Something may be going on with WU, says it's up to date but there have been some errors recently. Working through MS checklist. Captured the error... --- Fixed it.   8. I can't get the med bay criteria satisfied. It says remove conflicting buildings. I removed everything and added med bed, then mess table, then toilet. It said missing this, missing that then back to remove conflicting buildings. S'broken. Optimismopolis.sav
  9. Using {Target} The indicator on the outhouse doesn't reset until after the first use, rather than straight after cleaning. Missing string It's a small thing, but when I paste settings between storage boxes, there's no indicator telling me which storage box is the source. It deselects the box when you click 'copy'. It's only bothered me once or twice. Shouldn't their hats be on the ground while they're eating? The grooming station was able to be used while the room was too large. Maybe you're just being generous with application of the rules. Air pressure is 0, but ticked as ok. Plant is in space. And come to think of it, shouldn't that say gas pressure? Something weird started happening with the plants. (Save file attached). 'No seed selected'. Is too! And when I deconstructed a plant pot, the plant stayed put. Newlines didn't work. 'Power./n/nMust' Status bar left after grill was demolished. Clicking on the lower half of a storage box selects the contents. Not a fan, if this is an intended feature. Dupe idle during break time. Seems a bit harsh. Glass forge... 'Refined metals' This vacuum persisted for quite a while. 1 tile, between oxygen and polluted oxygen. Missing strings.   11. I've started a new game and suddenly there are lots of critters around. I'm guessing there may have been an update and that my old save was incompatible. I've attached the latest dump anyway in case it's useful to you. SimDLL_CRASH_release_267379_20180509-11.49.40.dmp
  12. I've saved as close as I can to where it crashes. There's no black hole message, it just stops briefly, then desktop. Crashing.sav
