  1. Lag on every end o cycle

    Yup. Same here. Thing is even if we lengthen the save cycle the same thing is going to happen. I have drawn all sorts of steps clear across the map when it does this (with building tools)... i now have to check.. because there were times I didn't notice. The save lag has always been there all through beta.. the new lag even with dig/build tools is new for me.
  2. So im playing my first release version of the game. I picked a moderate map but notice that there is no starting algae nearby. The only algae on map is near very hot geysers and or far away. bad luck? am i supposed to be more reliant on these new plants?

    actually i just noticed that too. It's hard for me to play now on dev build. game is incredibly slow even at 339 cycles. Am using the console, i heard that might have something to do with it.

  10. Hello, I'm not sure if this a bug or not but I thought I'd post it. Automation seems to be a bit heavy on the game performance. I notice this first when I built a setup for cooling water tuners (the automation overlay would cause game to slow a bit, it seems ok now though). When I made something like this though (see pic below) the game slowed incredibly, and eventually crashed. I was trying to get each of the air stations to charge the suits one at a time (and give a chance for the suits at the right hand to get as much oxygen as the left side). Note: I do not have the final layout/overlay for this setup because the game crashed and reverted to before I was finished with it. I realized before it crashed it wasn't' a good design only because there wasn't a long enough delay for the suit station to even begin charging. I may try it with a buffer and see if it helps.

  12. Dupe Won't Train as Exosuit Engineer

    No the crosstraining is for the mechatronics engineer (see picture). What was talking about is the end of the supply training. Seems to be fixed now I exited the game later in the day and he was able to train this time.
  13. As you can see in the screenshot below, Frankie wont train for Exosuit Engineer for some reason. He has Courier mastered to 100% already. I tried "firing" him and then hiring him again but it did not work.
  14. The numbers for Exosuit stations are totally missing, therefore dupes will not deliver exosuits to them. See picture

    Note in pic I did connect the electricity to the stations but nothing has changed. I did however temporarily disconnect oxygen since the stations are already full.

    I had similar issue... Mine gas pump was set to filter Hydrogen but it says "Filters: Oxygen" in the tooltip

    This part worries me, especially for the shinebugs which I have yet to even attempt to catch and I'm at cycle 170ish. I just don't have the mats yet to make the thing to catch them. They have been running around my base starving for a while now.
  18. Rancher Dupe Starving For No Reason

    Thanks for your response. Just wondering what about what caused it to begin with? All the other dupes had food access and were fine.. she was only one who just wouldn't eat to begin with even though I had plenty of food in the fridges.
  19. Hello my rancher has been occasionally at starving status even though she has access to food. The only thing I prevented her from having access to is the outside (the ranch) where there are germs outside. The reason being that her immunity was a bit low. The first time I solved this I allowed her to briefly have access to the ranch again, as she was just standing still in the starving dupe stance. She also failed to move even to use the restroom (which she also had access to). The only door I used to prevent access is the one to the immediate right of the chlorine wash basin in the rest room. I provided a screen shot and checked her navigation access to the fridge. All checked ok.. This is the only dupe in my colony that this is happening with. Perfect Facility.sav output_log.txt

    She kept vomiting after that and then died on me I couldn't save her this time.
  21. Exosuits being randomly left on the floor

    Have the same issue. Bunch left outside the door. My save file attached. Crashpad.sav
  22. This problem also happened to me in the past (like 6 months ago way before the major update). I have a waterlock and I put an airlock door in there as a back up in case the water is gone. But then I asked them to remove the door. At first one of the dupes started to work on the door, then bed time came. They abandoned the door. The progress bar for removal was halfway done. After that they wouldn't touch it. Even with it at priority 9 and nothing else at 9. Also asked them to set the door to open. They wouldn't do that either. A game restart didn't fix it either. The reason I wanted the door removed is because I notice every time they go past it, a major amount of water disappears. The level just drops very noticeably. I believe the door also destroys air, and does frequently allow it to escape. Is this intentional?
  23. The door was in fact accessible. The dupe I had assigned to it, would go right past the door i wanted him to destruct (and used that very door in the process). At one point i cancelled the deconstruct and then re-ordered it. Also tried open and close switching. I have since already just loaded a prior game to get past it because the game was unplayable for me at that point.
  24. I'm not sure what is causing it but there are times when things like water show as 0 for a very long time. I watch these numbers all the time so seeing as 0 makes me panic. Here is screenshot of the actual water I have available and accessible but look at side bar.
