Toilet out of order diagnostic is too sensitive for Lavatories

Agree. I have 6 dupes and max 4 per shift.  On shift change, the alarm goes off because all 4 dupes in that shift go to the plumbed toilets.  Just because they are occupied should not trigger the alarm.

Example of a functional lavatory system immediately throwing a warning after use:

"Toilet diagnostic will only alert is no toilets are available. Label shows working toilets : Duplicant count."

Not entirely sure this is a fix, as the alert could still appear if all toilets are used at the same time, which is a guarantee if there is only one toilet serving a staggered schedule and would then cause multiple alerts per cycle.

When watching the diagnostic, I see the number of working toilets drop momentarily.
