I don’t know why there are two places that cannot be explored

Same here, opening the locked security door near this spot didn't help.

I had same problem, thou I was able to fix it. I went into sandbox tired the reveal tool. That did nothing, along with destroy, but using the critter removal tool it has now made the area visible along with pathable.
