visual c++ 2015 Menu animation frozen new game dont load

i already installed it and keep asking me to do it. also i noticed the menu screen is not animated. its always starts like a static image.

also when the error happend i see a red text thats appear like a half second and then is gone.

its not a hardware problem my pc meets the min spects to run it

amd phenon x4 black edition
6 gigs of ram
nvidia geforce 750TI
i have windows 7 64bit SP 1

 

UPDATE

* ok so im going to try manualy install the windows update KB2919355 when i get home, so i hope this works.

 

Steps to Reproduce
1- Open the game 2- New game 3- "you dont have visual etc etc installed" 4- cry on the floor

I FOUND THE SOLUTION!

 

GO TO YOUR GAME DIRECTORY AND ENTER IN THIS FOLDERS (YOURGAME\_CommonRedist\vcredist\2015)

AND DELETE THIS ARCHIVE (installscript.vdf).

hope this work for you.
