Part of power grid loses power

blash365
  • Branch: Live Branch Version: Windows Pending

As you can see in my screenshot, i have a battery with sufficient charge, still part of my powergrid loses charge every once in a while.

The circuit is sitting at /1920W, so it is not overcharging the wires. Any assistance would be appreciated.

....

It's due to the battery.

With the 2 hydrogen generators and the manual generator we can see in the upper left corner, you produce 2000W in this circuit.

The left part of the circuit (before the battery) consume 960W, and with the 2 buildings that work on the other side, it reaches 1320W.

But !! the battery also consume energy to charge, because it is not full.

So I think it's just the battery that consume a bit more than 440W, so your 2 pumps on the right can't work. ;)

(and maybe the pumps prevent the energy to flow to the next electrolizer)

If you can, try to putt your battery at the end of the circuit.

Umm, no dude.  Batteries provide power as long as they are not empty.

If there's power and the battery is not full, what do you think it does ?

Provides power to machines that want it, and if ( and only if ) there is any leftover, then it recharges.  If it prioritized recharging itself over supplying power to other buildings, it would be completely useless.
