[OI - 234177] Stacking Warnings Chime on decay.

In warnings such as "Plant has died" after deconstructing a plant chime on event, but if multiple warnings are triggered causing a stack to generator. The chime also sounds as the stack decays, moving from (6) to (5) stack of a warning.


Steps to Reproduce
Set up a number of mealwood planters. Destroy the planters in quick succession so that you build a stack of "plant died" warnings. Observe as the stack decays and generates fresh warning chimes.
