Moving gas packets don't change temperature

I was experimenting with a cooler where I have some super-cooled hydrogen recirculating via pipe bridges inside a pipe loop. This was to save electricity on pumping. I noticed that even though the pipes cooled down gradually, the moving gas did not heat up at all. Stopping the gas flow allowed the gas packets to heat up as expected.

Steps to Reproduce
Create a continuous flow of super-cooled gases through a hot environment. Compare with situation when the gas packets stop moving.

....

Same for liquids also. Moving gas or liquids sont lose or gain heat from the air or water around them. Pipe dose not matter. Tested with all

I had a similar issue once. One Sandstone Tile Floor even getting pressure damage from 1010-1015kg water. It couldn't have been more since the tank would overflow after that.

After repairing and adding a second floor beneath, the same tile got damaged from over pressure after some time passed.
